Description
The Norwegian Structural Steel Association
(NSSA) will follow up the official introduction of Eurocodes for Steel
structure design in Norway with a conference where the major standards will be
presented.
This conference is the 4. Eurocode conference held by NSSA covering
the preparations for introduction and use of the Eurocodes in design
in Norway. The previous conferences were held in 2004, 2005 and
2007.
The lecturers for this conference are all involved in Europeean
commitee's and standard development work for the new Eurocodes.
This years conference will focus on the General rules, plate
structures, joints and connections, fatigue design, material
selection and design loads. In addition the introduction of national
annexes will be presented.
